DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties:

  • Work with Marketing Manager to maintain brand positioning documentation for Juno Health.
  • Develop product positioning for Juno Health product lines.
  • Lead the development of a strategic communication narrative that articulates Juno Health’s digital healthcare transformation efforts, vision, value proposition, and business strategy.
  • Develop clear governance and processes for our teams to work seamlessly together creating templates, best practice sharing, and guidance.
  • Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients / external partners to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
  • Conceptualize, write, and edit persuasive copy for cross-channel campaign assets, including sales sheets, case studies, thought leadership, video/motion graphics, infographics, web copy, social media, and email.
  • Works with various internal departments in order to produce business cases.
  • Works with in-house and external digital/content marketers, graphic designers, photographers, and other media-production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects.
  • Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact hospital and provider organizations within the business and assigned departments.
  • Stays informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the industry to foster ideas and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Skills:

  • Required:
    • Storyteller with strong writing and editing skills
    • Develop and curate content that is compelling, relevant, and grounded in subject matter expert understanding and insights
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to rally and influence to get things done
    • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
    • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
    • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
    • Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
    • Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues


Education / Experience:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent
    • 5 + years in Corporate or Strategic Communications, Marketing, or related field is required.
    • Clear, concise writing, with the ability to distill complex ideas into easily understood language
    • A strong understanding of marketing and content channels and ability to adapt writing to fit the needs of the audience
    • Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems experience
    • CRM Software knowledge a plus, HubSpot knowledge preferred
    • Create and provide quarterly reporting on Communication activities
    • Ability to navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment
