About the Opportunity: Our rapidly growing company is looking for our next Manager of Technical Client Support. As a consummate Customer Services professional you thrive in an area where your team continues to set the bar higher with the level of service provided. Being the catalyst for exceptional client support as well as the driver for team growth and technical prowess, this opportunity is directly in your wheelhouse.

Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:
- You enjoy helping people and teams learn, grow, and continually improve the services they provide
- You get a thrill solving problems and helping clients benefit from the products you and your team support
- Build, grow, and maintain the Tier 2 Support Team, enabling them to provide exceptional support for internal teams and our clients
- Leverage a metrics based approach to manage the day to day and discover opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring Tier 2 support requests are turned on a timely basis and are of high quality
- Managing client services implementations owned and supported by the Tier 2 team
- In addition to leading the team, also act as a resource to troubleshoot issues, drive requests to an action plan, and knowledgeably speak to those outcomes
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Min 5 years of experience in tech customer service
- Min 5-7 years experience managing and developing people
- Experience in Consumer Lending/ Mortgage and/familiarity with housing finance…
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service.
