Our Manager’s assist and work hand in hand with the General Manager running a group of dedicated workers as you oversee every aspect of our business.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hire and train staff.
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow.
• Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Manage daily aspects of the department and its staff to ensure projects are completed and goals and customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.
• Manage inventory, approving or facilitating purchases as needed; negotiate related pricing contracts and verify costs and receipts.
• Manage conflicts and resolve complaints about or within the department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create and present ideas, think outside the box!
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to maintain a level head during stressful times.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Management experience is required, preference to hotel, restaurant, family entertainment, or customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in related field not required, but is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, 10 hours at a time on your feet
• Must be able to lift heavy objects at times, 15 – 100 pounds, occasionally.
