Base pay + Tips

Managers are required to work Opening and/or Closing Shifts.

$300 Bonus:

• $50 after 28 Days (4 Weeks)
• $100 after 54 Days (8 Weeks)
• $150 after 82 Days (12 Weeks)

Bonus Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum of 30hrs worked per week
• Must work all scheduled shifts during the bonus period

Job Requirements Include:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work weekends
• Available to work past 10:30PM on weekdays and 11:30PM on weekends
• Tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and guests, both verbally and in writing
• Accurately and efficiently count money
• Able to stand for long periods of time on any given day
• Reliable, prompt, and punctual
• Serve Safe Certification or willing to get Serve Safe certified
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary responsibilities of the Shift Manager position include:

• Supervise store crew and all workstations in day-to-day operations.
• Excel in preforming all crew member tasks including: makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations.
• Manage guest experience to meet Five-Star gold expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensures food safety.
• Complete all opening and/or closing duties per shift.
• Recognize problems and works promptly to resolve.
• Work with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
