Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst GS-11, you will:
- Coordinate on a portfolio of high-impact, cross-cutting initiatives, programs and projects.
- Support development of project plans.
- Facilitate the coordination activities among DOE program offices, national labs, technical assistance recipients, stakeholders and others.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for managers and leadership.
As a Management and Program Analyst GS-12, you will:
- Lead development of project plans.
- Facilitate and lead coordination activities among DOE program offices.
- Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of feedback loops for continuous improvement of program activities.
- Supports in the management of projects conducted by national laboratories and other contractors.

Qualifications
GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
- Experience supporting activities for clean energy transitions and/or climate change adaptations at the community, local, or state levels.
- Experience coordinating community-level programs.
- Experience providing advice and guidance for improvements and anticipates areas of concern in program development.
Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or at least 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. if related.

Combination of education and experience.
