Who We're Looking For (Position Overview)*
Spry is looking for a Management Analyst to join our contract with a government customer in Charleston, SC.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)

  • Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
  • Experience shall include collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
  • Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
  • Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
  • Develop solutions to problems.
  • In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models.
  • Risk Exchange+, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Project experience preferred but not required
  • Assist project and IPT leadership in task book development and contract strategy implementation, tracking, and monitoring
  • Coordinate with BFM to develop financial reports and track spending against task book constraints
  • Develop and maintain IMS
  • Generate management status reports of deliverables, schedule, financial, and risk data at reoccurring intervals as dictated by the project team
  • Develop and maintain color-coded organizational breakdown structures and organizational charts to report Government and contractor project/contract assignments
  • Facilitate the risk management program to monitor project risks, issues, and opportunities impacting financial, logistical, project management, and engineering activities
  • Provide planning, execution, monitoring and control management, including schedule and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder management support
  • Assist Agreements Officer Representative (AOR) in service and material procurement
  • SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
