GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Woodside Properties is hiring General Maintenance workers. Year-round positions are available. Work includes a variety of maintenance activities, both indoor and outdoor, working at all locations, including Woodside Ranch, Old Towne Hotel, and Sports Complex in Mauston, WI as well as the Wisconsin Dells Outdoor Sports Complex and Indoor Dome Sports facility in Wisconsin Dells.

THE QUALIFIED APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

• Previous experience preferred
• Reliable transportation

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Days, Nights, and some Weekends

Active Drivers License preferred

Ability to be outdoors for prolonged periods of time throughout all season

Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds; stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time

THE DUTIES BELOW REFLECT THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Follow all operating procedures and policies
• Follow directives of Supervisor and/or Manager as assigned
• Perform a variety of maintenance duties including cleaning, mowing, moving large items, basic carpentry, painting, etc, as directed by manager.
• Serve where needed or as support to other tasked team members
• Coordinate with facility staff as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with staff and supervisor(s) as needed
• Observe and report matters of concern to the Supervisor and complete incident report forms on the same

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
