Maintenance Worker Job at Green Leaf Pet Resort
JOB SUMMARY:
The Green Leaf Pet Resort & Hotel currently has openings for maintenance workers. Maintenance workers are responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility. Applicants must have experience in the field of maintenance, and be knowledgeable on doing basic handy work tasks. They perform custodial services and a variety of semi-skilled work in maintenance and repair. Our facility is open year-round so applicants should be available to work weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education level of high school or equivalent- Prior experience of two or more years in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in repair work
- Able to keep up with the demands of a physical job
- Pool maintenance experience is prefered.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Reports to General Manager.- Inspect building to identify maintenance needs
- Aids in developing, implementing, and monitoring operational procedures
- Performs general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves and landscaping
- Possibility of handling dogs on rare occasions
