Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is hiring a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing the plant’s Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs).
The Maintenance Technician-LGV works in a reasonably clean production environments under intermittent supervision. Exposure to heavy machinery, noise, lubricants fluid will be constant. Seasonal production peaks may result in high stress levels due to the demand for high levels of consistent and timely performance. The Maintenance Technician also works with frequent distractions/interruptions. Physical exertion such as pushing, pulling or heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds is frequent; walking and standing is also frequent. You will be working on LGV support systems such as drives, control systems, communication systems, gearboxes, charging units, and monitor fleet management software and other supervisory systems. PLC controlled equipment, AC and DC drives troubleshooting, and repair experience is a must along with advanced knowledge in performing failure mode analysis and root cause analysis.
As a Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Safely perform functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures and wearing PPE as required.
- Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to track completion of assigned work.
- Perform all the electrical control, adjustment, maintenance and repair interventions, according to the maintenance planning provided by the CMMS.
- Operate in the presence of voltage inside electrical panels and junction boxes.
- Perform a diagnostic of the failures and of the anomalous machinery behaviors by making use of the information provided by operators.
- Solve the troubleshoot failures by carrying out the necessary repairs, replacements and adjustments that will restore the correct functioning of the machinery under safe conditions for persons, machinery and environment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair LGVs, charging stations, and control systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and performs required preventive maintenance actions as scheduled in the (CMMS).
- Demonstrates ability to utilize meggers, voltmeters, multi-meters, etc
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding utilization of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System).
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing drive systems, motors, gearboxes, power transmission components, and supervisory control systems
- Forklift, Scissor Lift and Boom Lift experience.
- Be able to read and understand the technical documentation: hydraulic diagrams, wiring diagrams with electronic components and preventive maintenance plans as well.
- Knowledge of the accident prevention standards, and the safety and protection measures in the work environment.

Working Condition
- This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to, high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
- Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.
- Ability to push/pull/move up to 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Position will require schedule flexibility starting with M-F 6am – 2:30pm.
- Holiday or night work may be required on occasion.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices.
- Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.
