INH Properties is seeking a Full Time responsible Maintenance Technician for newer construction apartment buildings in Glencoe & Gaylord, MN. The candidate must have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds/building in good repair.
- Responsibilities include:
- Minor plumbing
- Misc. Maintenance & Carpentry
- Yard Care/Snow Removal
- General Property Upkeep
- Painting experience helpful but not necessary
