We are seeking a full-time energetic individual who can wear multiple hats, looks outside the box, likes to have fun at work, and has excellent attention to detail. Duties include but not limited to:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Setup, schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all production equipment
- Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment
- Must have good organizational skills
- Able to perform basic facilities maintenance including plumbing, lighting and grounds keeper
- Familiar with 5S strategies
- Keep all production equipment running 3 shift operations
- Overall plant cleanliness
- Inventory of equipment parts
- Coordinate contractors for building maintenance and ensure work is completed to satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Two-year associate degree in maintenance or equivalent; or a minimum of 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting coupled with building maintenance
