This position is full-time, Monday-Friday with daytime hours. Our Maintenance Technicians are recognized as a critical part of our success. We are a professional team who maintains manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure production goals are met successfully. Your attention to detail, mechanical, and electrical skills will ensure successful product manufacturing and delivery to some of the finest manufacturers in the kitchen and bath industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete all service requests on a daily basis.
• Complete special projects as may be assigned and prioritized by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the property. Perform building and common area upkeep on a daily basis in accordance with company standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and maintain accurate records.
• Perform effective emergency maintenance (after hours) as required.
• Coordinate maintenance objectives with the Maintenance Supervisor daily.
• Perform, and report on, all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA and health codes. Perform work area clean-up on a weekly basis.

Education & Experience

• Requires skill and knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Must have a working knowledge of basic hand tools including but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, grips, sledge hammers, hammers, post hole diggers, saws, etc.
• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have experience diagnosing, repairing, and wiring 3-phase electrical systems in an industrial environment.
• Must have experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical components.

Physical Requirements

• Vision: Must be able to read labels, signs, instruction manuals, and work orders.
• Physical Mobility: Must be able to move about property, climb stairs, stretch, and bend. Must be able to lift objects 50 pounds or less.
• Manual Dexterity: Must be able to operate machines, use tools, and make general repairs.
• Stress: Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
