Pay ranges from $17.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 12p - 8:30p & 2:30p - 11p

We are looking for dedicated and professional maintenance specialists to assist in maintaining our network of cabin rental properties. Experience with residential repairs, wall patching, touch-up painting, and general upkeep of the properties. Hand tools are required. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, in addition to 1 night per week "on-call".We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a family environment.

Skills and Daily Task

• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
• Valid Tennessee driver's license
• Clean driving history
• Understanding of all aspects of residential maintenance repairs
• Standing and walking required, as well as bending and squatting. Heavy lifting of up to 70 pounds and heavy carrying of 45 pounds or over required
• Climbing and/or ladder work is required. Full shoulder, knee, elbow and wrist range of motion are needed to perform tasks
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above
• Good sense of direction and familiarity with the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area
• Must have access to internet and email and be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
