We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to support our Production and Distribution operations. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to include installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment Needs are determined by predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement measures. This Maintenance Technician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor and reports indirectly to the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Installation and maintenance of production machines and equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, parameter lists, fault code listings, and troubleshooting guides.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material.
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills required. Completion of Craft Apprenticeship, preferred. PLC, Robotics, or other automation experience strongly preferred. Continuing education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance programs, preferred.
