To take ownership of the press and toolroom preventive maintenance program. make small repairs as needed while performing PM. Organize completed documents, Schedule machine down time to complete preventative maintenance tasks. PM lathes, mills and surface grinders. maintain parts required to perform PM.

Essential Functions:

• Complete regular equipment preventive maintenance to identify and escalate maintenance needs.
• Order parts and pick-up new parts as needed.
• Take owner ship of the press and toolroom preventive maintenance program.
• Make repairs on the toolroom equipment as needed.
• Assist other maintenance personnel with their duties as directed.
• Operate all equipment safely.
• Maintain good employee relations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

• 
  High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work without immediate supervision.
• Good organization skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights safely, using approved methods.
• Must be able to successfully complete a respirator fit test.
• Comfortable in confined spaces.
• Willing to get dirty.
