Summary

The Managed Services Consultant develops and expands a long-term strategic relationship with strategically important customers in the area of Services. Assigned to a region, the Managed Services Consultant is responsible for achieving sustainable Services growth, profitability, gaining trust, and innovate to be the selected Services supplier of choice. The Managed Services Consultant represents the entire range of Endress+Hauser’s Services portfolio with a focus on Optimization and Managed Services, to meet both the customer's and Endress+Hauser’s current and future requirements. An integral part is to co-create the Managed Services journey with the customer and ensuring assigned customers’ outcome needs and expectations are met by Endress+Hauser as described in the Value Optimization process.

Role + Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholder related to Services in selected customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet Services development objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable Services volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic Service Sales process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a three to five year period.
  • Leads Service and connected solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel.

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, Preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Consultative selling and business consultancy experience required
  • Understanding of customer business processes
  • Ability to impact without authority
  • Capable of motivating, moderating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
  • International travel in the region is an integral part of this role

The anticipated pay range for this role is $115,000-$170,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
