Position for hire: Maintenance and Pool Tech

Your day-to-day will vary depending on the project of the moment, time of year, and what requires your immediate attention.

To summarize the day to day activities is quite difficult as things consistently change throughout the day/week/month within the vacation rental business. Some days your tasks will include walking through the properties to help foresee and fulfill preventative maintenance needs. Other times you will be working in occupied homes to be sure maintenance requests are met.

This position requires one to be an independent thinker and doer. Going in and out of houses throughout the year and summer months requires someone physically capable to withstand the summer weather and the vertical nature of our Emerald Isle beach homes. You are part of a greater team but will be responsible for your own follow through. Simple computer skills is a must as well as the ability to trouble shoot internet/TV issues.

Specific attributes we are seeking:

· Works well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time.

· Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that will include weekends and/or holidays

· Outside of-the-box thinker who takes initiative to creatively solve problems.

· A positive attitude, willing to discuss ideas, and works with a sense of urgency.

· Must be able to work independently and be mechanically inclined.

Pay will be based on experience.
