We are in search of a CMMS Specialist to join our maintenance team in Middleton, WI. This position reports to the maintenance manager. This position is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the CMMS system currently in place. This includes administration of all aspects of the CMMS – from data input to work order creation, inventory management, purchasing, and utilization report generation. This position will also assist current maintenance technicians in the execution of their daily job duties as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules to ensure that people and assets are properly protected.
• Adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations and all applicable laws while observing safe work practices is required.
• Manage the CMMS program currently in use at Future Foam – Middleton Campus, including but not limited to the following:

* Create work orders

* Input necessary data

*Plan and schedule department work flow

*Manage spare parts inventory

*Source and procure services, parts, and equipment

*Generate reports as necessary to demonstrate KPIs

*Regularly audit the system data to further refine and focus program
information

*Update the program and provide support and training to the maintenance
team

• Actively participate in the 5S initiatives begun in the maintenance department.
• Actively participate in project planning for the maintenance team
• Attend and participate in all required training, safety, and departmental meetings
• Fill in as vacation or absentee coverage for team members as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A positive and collaborate attitude is essential
• Must be reliable and dependable
• HS Diploma minimum. Associates degree in a technical field preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CMMS required – Emaint (Fluke Corporation) preferred
• Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Hands on experience in maintenance activities a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical literature, drawings, schematics
