Sester Farms is looking to add a Jack-of-all-trades to our Maintenance Team. Over a dozen buildings, from greenhouses and pumphouses to warehouses, offices, and a retail garden center need constant maintenance and repairs along with new construction projects. ***Looking for applicant with strong electrical background.

Qualifications:

· Must be experienced, self-motivated, and an excellent time manager.

· Must have own hand tools.

· Easy understanding of how construction works and what you can and cannot do.

· Ability to solve problems to get the job done when the solution isn’t obvious.

· Eager to learn new things AND share your knowledge up and down the chain.

· Ability to work independently, with little to zero supervision, and with other team members and licensed trades, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus.

You will assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings, repair and maintenance as needed, and interior and exterior painting. You will be required to obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, and order/pick up parts as needed, and will provide accurate and timely documentation of completed reactionary and scheduled maintenance work orders using a computer.

The climate and soil in NW Oregon combined with our extensive horticulture expertise allow us to grow beautiful, award-winning trees and shrubs at an amazing pace. Our dedicated people manage every aspect of growing, managing inventory, selling, and shipping these plants to much of the lower 48, Alaska, and Canada, with the finance department, maintenance teams, and software development team keeping all of the processes running smoothly.
