Maintenance workers are responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas. General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings and assists in on-going renovation programs. This position may be required to paint, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. As well as, respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools. The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.

Skills and experience helpful; must be able to work independently. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including am/pm shifts, weekends and holidays.
