MAINTENANCE MECHANIC 2nd Shift - Tuesday - Sunday

CSI International, Inc. is a nationwide provider of facility management services and is currently seeking an On-Site Maintenance Mechanic in Philadelphia, PA.

GENERAL SKILL SETS and QUALIFCATIONS:

Operate, maintain and repair assigned mechanical, electrical and building systems. Work to insure equipment readiness and customer relations.

Experience working in a team environment with professional communication on all levels of the organization, customers and others.

Ability to read and interpret documents; blue prints; write routine reports and correspondence; and common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific duties can vary between assignments. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

Wears appropriate personal protective safety equipment and follows established safety practices and procedures per OSHA standards.

Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and associated controls.

Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment and its related systems.

Evaluates and prioritizes all breakdowns for repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ensures that all CSI Facility Services and customer work rules are followed.

Have basic knowledge of all building systems which include electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building automation controls.

Installation and repairs to plumbing fixtures, pipes, pumps and drain cleaning.

Installation and repairs to electrical systems, equipment, devices and circuits.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, carry equipment and be on your feet for duration of shift.

Minimum of one-three years general building maintenance work and knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of building maintenance, or accredited trade school certificate in building maintenance or repairs.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of the equipment, tools, and materials used in general building maintenance.

Ability to maintain maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
