The Role:

Kapsch TrafficCom is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will supervise a staff of trained technicians, perform administrative duties, maintain and install ITS devices in and around the greater Memphis, TN area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project related operations activities to include preventative and corrective maintenance, incident management, upgrades, installations, quotations and scheduling.
• Responsible for meeting all customer contractual requirements, system KPI, performance and incident reporting as the direct point of contact for the customer
• Responsible to perform QA/QC for staff and applicable tasks to ensure accuracy, proper work methods, techniques, and safety in compliance with best known standards and specifications.
• Manages the project facilities, fleet and maintenance equipment assigned.
• Direct line management of project staff and subcontractors performing work for the project
• Responsible for project staff performance reviews, training and developing project SOP’s.

What we are looking for:

• HS Graduate
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years in relative industry work experience
• Experience in direct staff and team management of up to 10 people.
• Must be fluent with windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and MS Word).

Our top Candidates will have:

• Good understanding managing staff and maintenance programs associated to large scale ITS projects
• Basic understanding of low voltage AC/ DC circuitry, experience with RF or microwave is a plus.
• Flexibility is a key component and on-call duties will be required. The workday and work week may not be standard and may include weekends.
• At least 5 years of experience in ITS roadway systems operations and maintenance, and maintenance management
