Maintenance: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to play a critical role in our company. This position will support our growth and ensure our homes are maintained for our owners and ready for our guests to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance tasks such as maintaining BBQ's, Blowing off surfaces, washing windows, performing light plumbing, electrical tasks. Organize, plan, schedule, and assign work to maintenance team member and yourself using our work order system. Provide direction to your fellow co-worker; set timeframes for work assignments and projects. Prepare estimates of labor, materials and supplies for projects; maintain a variety of work records. Maintain daily work orders as well as plan ahead for future ones. Maintain the two company vehicles, etc.

Qualifications: Must have prior maintenance experience and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, caulking, and the use of equipment such as gas blowers, toilet augers, etc.

Experience: Experience is great! Equally important is attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, dependability, consistently following protocols, contributing ideas and an overall great attitude. Must be a positive person and one who can uplift their team.

Necessary Skills – Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to work. Company vehicle will be provided once at work. Must be organized and work well with others. Due to our housing shortage we are not interested in interviewing anyone out of the area so must have stable housing in the area.

Compensation – Hourly compensation ranges from $19-$22/hr. to start. Matching IRA plan up to 3% with bonuses and PTO time. Time and a half if working some holidays.

Job Type: 35-40 hours a week ideally. Can be flexible at times with schedule but ask for flexibility in return.
