RESPONSIBLE FOR DAILY MAINTENANCE REPAIRS, CLEANING, LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFE HEAVY APPLIANCES. PLUS ON CALL EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
