We are looking for maintenance/groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, pool maintenance, landscaping etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. The position requires a skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to:

• Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping
• Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping.
• Minor electrical repairs
• Minor water repairs
• Repairing equipment
• Fence repair
• Maintain required safety logs.
• Must be able to manage projects.
• Will be working side by side with property manager and maintenance supervisor on special projects
• Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager and Regional Supervisor regularly.
• On site Training available

40 hours per week

Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
