Arrowood Lane/Greystone Residential Care currently has a job opening for a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team in Maintenance.
This position would be responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance of our community. The key responsibilities of the job include:
· Utilizing a variety of skills to repair and maintain the interior and exterior of our community.
· Diagnosing and addressing facility maintenance issues
· Apartment turnover and readiness including painting, drywall patching, light fixture replacement, etc.
· Maintains the communities systems and ensures proper inspections including HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, etc.
· Preventative and basic mechanical maintenance
· Completing work orders in a timely fashion
· Coordination of services with outside service providers when necessary
· Repairs routine electrical and plumbing problems including faucets, drain, light switches, ballast
· Providing quality customer service to our residents
2 years experience in facilities maintenance or a similar type position preferred. Must have High School Diploma or GED a valid driver’s license. May be asked to drive facility vehicle to obtain supplies or transport residents.
