Stafford by the Bay in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, housekeeping and grounds. On-call for emergencies after hours and weekends. Basic working knowledge of painting,electricity, plumbing and carpentry. Assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two years experience preferred
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 5pm. $16.00/Hour
