We are looking for a Mail Clerk to process and distribute all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail.

JOB DUTIES

• Check arrival, departure and "who's here" report to process mail correctly.
• Ensure files are accurately maintained.
• Receive mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis; distributes mail appropriately.
• Process all certified, registered and returning mail.
• Handle all calls regarding mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
