This position is responsible for supporting the winding department.
- Cutting and slitting insulation for winding and stacking coils.
- Acting as the back-up paper slitter when needed.
- Cutting paper components for units.
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
- Ability to measure and cut to specifications; read a tape measure.
- Help team members resolve questions, assist with the workload.
- A dependable and strong work ethic; works safely.
- Profession language and conduct at all times.
- Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
