Machine Operator: Night Shift -Delavan $2,000 Sign On Bonus Job at Radius Packaging

Machine Technician Expectations:
- Operate blow-molding and injection molding machines
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines
- Perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
- Must demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck
- Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
How do our shifts work? Full time status | 4 Days a Week | Overtime built-in
Night Shift: 6:45PM-7:00AM, $1.00/hr night shift premium
Schedule: 4 Days On/4 Days off rotation throughout the month
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience
- Be a technical mentor & continuous improvement leader
- High School diploma or equivalent reading, writing, basic math, and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, on time, team player
- Active and comfortable lifting up to 30lbs
- Comfortable with business computer applications and mobile device application
- Must laugh at jokes & embrace the Radius Culture
- 18 years or older
- Must provide own basic set of tools
