Machine Operator Primary Responsibilities

• General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Operate or assist with machinery such as, but not limited to, the Molding, Lamination, and Block Cutting equipment.
• Verify equipment set-up throughout the process; operate and power down manufacturing equipment.
• Verify order information and produces part(s) with the correct material, density, weight, size, and/or shape within quality tolerance to meet specific job requirements while meeting productivity standards.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, label, and load materials per production instructions.

Machine Operator Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment helpful.

Machine Operator Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to write and speak English for safety and quality purposes.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn and use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools such as a tape measure.

Machine Operator Education, Licenses & Certifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
