Work 4-10/hr. days. Monday-Thursday

2pm-12:30am OR 3:30pm-2am (30-minute unpaid break) We are seeking dependable, energetic Machine Operator candidates for our Sun Prairie, WI facility. Operators set up and operate printing machines, including digital, flexographic, and other printing machines and equipment. They collect random samples during a print run to adjust and prevent misprints, ensure customer specifications have been met, and inspect product according to established quality guidelines, while meeting production schedules.

EMPLOYEES WHO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

Prior Manufacturing experience.

Prior machine operator experience.

Ability to multi-task.

Good eye for product quality and safety.

Good attendance and reliable transportation to work.

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

Thoroughly read and follow order jacket.

Produce a world class label product in a fast-paced work environment.

Offer and drive suggestions to improve overall process.

Organize and implement improvement ideas in work area.

Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.

Good problem-solving skills.

Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.

Detail oriented and strong initiative.

Manual dexterity.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or 25 lbs. regularly during an eight-hour shift.

Ability to stand for approximately 90% of the time during an eight-hour shift.

Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch during an eight-hour shift.

Ability to participate in a fast-paced work environment.
