About the Job:
We have various full-time, permanent/direct hire Machine Operator opportunities with Lindt in Stratham, NH, working in a state-of-the-art plant that manufactures, packs, and ships CHOCOLATE! This position focuses on the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines. This individual ensures all L&S safety and quality standards are consistently met.
MUST HAVE:
- Manufacturing equipment experience/ will train the right candidate
- Great attitude
- High School Diploma
The position comes with:
- A base salary of $20.00-$24.00/hr (depending on shift) PLUS a sign-on bonus of $1,000-$3,000 (paid after 45 days)
- 2nd shift: Mon.-Fri., 2p-10:30p; $22.00/hr. base pay plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus
- 3rd shift: Mon.-Fri., 10p-6:30a; $24.00/hr. base pay plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus
- Benefits start after 30 days, 60 days for 401K – Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Medical Insurance, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, FSA, 401K 3% match, onsite fitness center, and so much more
- Vacation – 18 PTO days to start and 12 holidays
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $7,500K per year
