We are a nationwide manufacturer of nonmetallic PVC electrical conduit, pipe, fittings, accessories, utility and communications duct, directional boring conduit, and residential switch and outlet boxes. We are currently seeking Production Associates to work in our Aurora, OH facility. These Production Associates must be willing to learn and train to become Machine Operators. Production Associate Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay for this position is $21/hr
- After the probationary period, employees will receive pay increases at the 30, 60, and 90 day mark
- $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
- After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a 401K with match, insurances including medical, dental, and vision, a flexible spending account, as well as paid time off
Production Associate Shifts:
Overnight: 8:00pm - 8:00am
1st week: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
2nd week: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, then repeat to 1st week schedule
Production Associate Job Duties:
- Stack and palletize finished products
- Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Wrap or band finished products
- Housekeeping - replaces worn hand tools and maintain work center
- Loading and unloading parts from production machines
- Learn how the machines operate and eventually train to run them
Production Associate Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of industrial experience or mechanical background preferred
- Basic math principles and comprehension skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects
- Able to stand on your feet for a full shift
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
