LSL Brands is looking for a Brand Ambassador that will be engaging with the consumer, providing them with adequate product knowledge in an efficient way, encouraging them to purchase the merchandise. You will be responsible for creating and reinforcing the brands image and brand awareness. This position would require a personal partnership with each brand, with an understanding of trend and style, creating an environment of genuine customer connection. We are currently looking for one ambassador for Vineyard Vines and another for Free People. Both positions will be located at our Cape May Store.
Functions & Responsibilities
Ability to interact with consumers professionally
Knowledge of product, become an expert on the brand
Visual Merchandising to help optimize in store product displays, in order to generate sales
Twice a week touch base with buyer, sales manager and marketing department
Drive consistent traffic to the store thru guest service and build brand awareness
Qualifications
Team focused, confident and professional
Creative, professional, friendly while promoting brand
Excellent verbal/organizational/communication skills
Flexible schedule/able to work weekends/special events/holidays
Detail oriented
REQUIRED: 1+ years of retail experience
