IS SEEKING WEEKEND NIGHT-SHIFT RESIDENTIAL SECURITY AGENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking exceptional Private Sector Security professionals to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual(s) will perform various tasks depending on assignment and position.

This is a Part-Time/Fill-in Weekend & Nightshift Residential Security Team position for sites in the Los Angeles area. As opportunities and/or positions open, more permanent Full-Time positions may be available for those who qualify; an application must be made through the command structure for any Full-Time positions.

This position requires a BSIS Guard Card AND Exposed Weapons Permit AND Concealed Carry Weapons permit (CCW). CPR/AED certification is desired.

PROCESS WILL INCLUDE:

• Submission of Resume, Bio, copies of permits/licenses and full body picture in corporate professional attire sent via email to the hiring team.
• Interview process
• Selection
• Placement and Training on job specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and completing tasks in an organized, efficient, and effective manner.
• Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information of LSI, the client and/or principal.
• Safeguarding individuals and property from all forms of security and safety hazards.
• Responding to alarms/fire/panic calls immediately and promptly securing the safety and security of human life and physical property.
• Strictly adhering to SOPs designated to static & mobile teams.
• The ability to work irregular or extended hours with an ever-changing schedule. Typical schedules include overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends on a regular basis.
• Report writing to include daily activity & supplemental reports.
• Conducting thorough investigations and preparing written documentation regarding non-routine incidents with incident reports, pictures and witness statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant security and/or close protection experience to include government, law enforcement, military and/or private security.
• Law Enforcement and military experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• California Guard Card.
• CA CCW - HR218/LEOSA
• CA Exposed Firearm permit is required.
• CPR certification and the ability to obtain additional licenses/certifications as needed.
• Advanced medical training is preferred.

Salary:

$33.50 - $37.50 per hour based on permits, training, licenses, and longevity with the company.
