LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking an experienced Nurse to work at our office in Tell City, Indiana. This is a full-time position working 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and may involve periodic travel to other Western Division Clinics. Qualified candidates must have an Indiana LPN or RN license in good standing and experience working with mentally ill populations. Excellent boundaries and being detail-oriented is required as well as computer literacy. Covid vaccination is required.
