- Job Summary:
- Assume overall responsibility for administering medications to residents.
- Assume responsibility for medication documentation and resident chart documentation in conjunction with charge nurse.
- Provide direct resident care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Qualifications:
- Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Must be a confirmed BLS provider.
- Previous long term care experience, and computer knowledge preferred.
