As a Nurse (LPN) at Tudor Oaks you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.

What you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current LPN license in Wisconsin (or compact license) required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting.
