Hourly rate: Up to $28/hr. based on experience (PLUS A $2/HR WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL)

Key Responsibilities

· “Hands-on” resident health care services

· Supporting caregiver staff and monitoring performance

· Coordinating medical services for residents

· Medication management

· Practice a “resident-directed" approach to resident services and care consistent with LifeServices policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will:

· Be licensed in the State of Pennsylvania;

· Experience in long term care preferred, but not required;

· Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays;

· Have access to dependable transportation;

· Successful completion of pre-hire drug screen and background check.
