Our company offers a variety of in-home care services, and we're now hiring an Intake Coordinator to help us provide the most professional and helpful service possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing positive customer experiences, educating potential customers on our services and helping them through all stages of the process. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for our company's mission of helping families.
Responsibilities:
- Listen carefully to the concerns of callers and respond appropriately.
- Know when and how to transfer calls.
- Listen to callers in a friendly and compassionate manner.
- Keep records of calls received and placed.
- Be a good communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
- Support the professional staff by answering questions.
- Be knowledgeable about departmental procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
