Your Job as an LPN:

Our LPN team is committed to supporting our patients as they heal from the addictions and mental health concerns they have experienced. Our LPNs offer a full continuum of care that, for many patients, begins with our inpatient program.

Schedule/Available Shifts:

Flexible hours available for Full time, Part-time, or PRN & for Days, Nights, or Overnights.

• 12 hours shifts
• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

LPN Responsibilities:

• Accurately follows through on physician orders, administering medications and treatments and scheduling outside consultations.
• Assists in the formulation of ITP and MTP, including assessments, writing care plans, updates of care plans, and discharge planning.
• Assists in the identification of medical, emotional and environmental needs of the patient.
• Assists in nutritional screening, interventions with dietician, physician and dietary department to ensure that the patient’s dietary needs are met.
• Administer care that aligns with LPN scope of practice.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of MO
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• 1 year nursing experience minimum within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
