• We are looking for Speech Language Pathology Assistants to join our organization to provide high quality clinic/center-based OR in-home speech therapy services to our early intervention clients living in the San Gabriel Valley area. In return for your dedication, compassion and desire to grow, we will provide you with mentorship from highly-experienced speech language pathologists with nearly 20-years of experience working in their respective fields, in a nurturing and supportive environment. Responsibilities
* Assist SLP in providing clinic/center-based speech therapy services in our Walnut, CA location.

*If you would like to provide "in-home" speech therapy services, our clients reside in the San Gabriel Valley area in cities such as El Monte, Azusa, Pomona, Covina, Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, Walnut, Baldwin Park, to name a few.

* Assist SLP in developing therapy and treatment plans for various disorders
* Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
* Update patient progress to relevant parties
* Research related problems associated with speech therapy

Qualifications
* Valid SLPA license
* Some experience is preferred but excellent training will be provided for the right candidate
* Familiarity with communication disorders
* Ability to build rapport with patients, parents and caregivers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive patient demeanor

* Reliable mode of transportation to commute to see clients

* Excellent work ethic and a desire to grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
