The aim of this program is to develop the future operational and technical leaders within our Pharmaceutical & Vaccines Manufacturing & Production sites.
Are you an adaptable, analytical graduate who can help us plan and deliver products to patients and customers – along with quality and value? If so, you could be the perfect addition to our expert GSK Supply Chain team. Our talented professionals help us deliver billions of packs of medicines and healthcare products every year. And that takes careful planning, efficient processes, and multifunctional teams. You’ll join us at the heart of the function where you’ll deepen your leadership and technical skills. Through rotations in key areas, you’ll get to grips with a highly complex end-to-end operation.

Our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You will have three challenging rotations in business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain and where you will have the opportunity to meet senior leaders and network with other graduates. You will also improve your technical skills while gaining valuable leadership expertise.
You will have a generous development budget to accelerate your learning, whether it is technical, professional, personal or leadership skills.
What will you do?
You will get an insightful experience into the manufacturing side of our pharmaceutical and vaccines business, developing your expertise in supply chain management, while broadening your global business perspective.
You will also gain experience in:
- Site production planning, logistics, scheduling, and inventory control
- Helping set up GSKs supply chain for new product introduction
- Global logistics management, cross border compliance and supply chain security
- Global distribution solutions design
- Driving supply chain performance using digital data & analytics
- Implementing continuous improvement within inventory, distribution and warehousing, supply and demand planning
- Discovering how manufacturing, the quality function, technical services and supply chain work together
- Developing business & process understanding
