ZenTech is eager to announce we are in need for a qualified candidate for a Logistic/Data Analysis position. This is an onsite position working for one of our top clients (John Deere) at the client facility in Moline, IL.
THIS IS A 1ST SHIFT POSITION. Monday - Friday (7am-330pm). $50k+/Year with amazing benefits.
Position Description:
Data analytics experience
- Implements and supports Logistic processes for our units, suppliers and dealers/customers for mutual sustainable benefits
- Coordinates with unit logistics operations or coordinates unit logistics operations, other functional areas and 3rd party logistics providers
- Gathers and analyzes data to ensure business objectives are being met
- Acts as a resource for company or factory logistics groups, unit operations, and suppliers as problems, questions and concerns arise regarding logistical processes
- Coordinates factory logistic requirements with Worldwide Logistics department
- Works as unit resource to research, develop and implement, with input from other functional areas and external logistics companies as appropriate, creative innovations for logistics networks and distribution modes to provide for continuous improvement of logistics processes
Requirements
Desired Skill Sets:
Critical thinking skills
- Microsoft office proficient
- Manufacturing background (Highly Preferred)
- Logistics experience (Highly Preferred)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Should be able to work independently
- Should be able to follow through until an issue is fully resolved
- Good communication skills
- Supply management experience is preferred. Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.
