Job Title: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Type: FULL TIME

Location: OUTER BANKS, NC / POINT HARBOR, NC

Supervisor/Manager: LOGISTICS MANAGER

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Practice proper health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Organize, schedule, and assign daily and future work orders, inspections, monthly and annual services
• Inventory, track, and order warehouse supplies
• Maintain premises in a clean and orderly state
• Coordinate team workers to ensure things are comfortable, organized, and efficient
• Assisting Logistics & Operation Managers
• Vendor Relations/Liaison between KEES Operations and 3rd party associates
• Serve as the liaison between KEES Operations and off-site KEES Departments
• Follows processes and policies
• Assist with replacements ordering and delivery
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• Must live on the Outer Banks
• Minimum 1 year of operations management experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of Vacation Rental/Hotel/similar experience
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Maintenance experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Required valid Driver’s License

• Proficient computer skills required
• Organizational skills required
• Detail-oriented
• Strong leadership skills required
