FOODS DIVISION

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for accomplishing clerical duties assigned to you by the Logistics Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reporting tasks
• Ensure assigned duties are accomplished accurately and in a timely fashion
• Manage inbound phone calls as needed
• Research requested information and ensure expedient response.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Help cover other clerical duties when someone is on vacation or absent.
• Help with other projects throughout the office as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Physical.
• Logistics background experience preferred
• CDL-A license preferred
• Must be very detail oriented and highly organized.
• Outstanding computer skills:

a. Accurate Data Entry Skills, alpha and numeric
b. 10 key by touch
c. MS Office Suite, Excel, Word
d. 45 wpm (you will be tested)

• Professional communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment and schedule workload
• Must have 1 yr working in a clerical environment and equivalent details.
