Logistics Analyst Job at Vital Farms

Vital Farms Austin, TX 78744

You pride yourself on your ability to expect the unexpected, always staying two steps ahead. Where others see chaos, you see opportunities to get organized, creating backup plans for your backup plans, because you have that rare ability to see the big picture and the details at the same time. You triple-check data fields and prioritize timelines like an air traffic controller at JFK International Airport. And you do it all with a calm sense of urgency that brings confidence to the rest of your team.

That's the kind of Logistics Analyst we're looking for at Vital Farms, because we're on a mission to change the food industry one ethically sourced ingredient at a time. That's because we give a cluck when it comes to the health of our animals, the health of our customers, and the health of our planet.

If you're as eggcited about that mission as we are, then we think you're going to like the opportunities that come with being a Logistics Analyst at Vital Farms. So let's dig in, shall we?

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Operations to implement process improvements
  • Assist in new customer setups by ensuring lead times are established and new records are created

  • Competitive pay and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Parental Leave, just to name a few).
  • Company-wide bonus program; when we succeed together, we celebrate together.
  • Generous retirement contributions: 401(k) + 3% Contribution from Day 1.
