What You’ll Do:
- Assess local market conditions, identify current & prospective sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and profitability/business plans
- Manage accounts, develop new customers and maintain current customers
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service and sales
- Provide leadership, training and development for team members
- Oversee branch financial management; analyze performance
To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required for Success:
- Prior experience in the wholesale plumbing/heating/HVAC industry is preferred
- Demonstrated successful management and sales abilities
- Desire to succeed and be self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to function in Eclipse software
