Job Summary

Livestock Nutrition Center, is looking for a highly detailed and experienced, Front End Loader Operator to join our team at our Hereford, TX hay grinding facility. Qualified applicants must have Front End Loader operating experience, with previous bulk truck load out experience preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Front End Loader operations; load out bulk, chopped hay
• Control shrink on bulk product
• Operate with a high level of detail and precision on a daily basis
• Perform daily maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• Front End Loader experience required
• Previous bulk truck load out experience preferred
• Ability to control shrink on bulk product by operating with high attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work and stand for 10 hours/day
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Must maintain a safe working environment
